Alba Reyes started Alba’s Professional Services in 1996, when she saw a need for a cleaning service that provided honest, high-quality and thorough cleaning services for homeowners, property managers and apartment managers in the Bay Area.
Alba began working as a nanny in Mill Valley, CA when she came to the United States in 1992 from Guatemala. While taking care of her customer’s children, she also would clean their homes, so one day she said, “Why can’t I do house cleaning full-time?” After landing several housecleaning clients, Alba was ready to take her skill set to the next level and turned it into Alba’s Professional Cleaning Services!
By making customer service a passion and a priority, Alba’s Professional Cleaning Services has grown at a steady rate and busy 12 months of the year. By treating every client like family, Alba Reyes has been able to thrive in this service-oriented, hands-on industry.
“I enjoy this business, because I take pride in doing an excellent job and that gives me much satisfaction,” Alba explained. “I love meeting new customers and coming up with a cleaning plan that works for them. Of course, we are focused on serving our clients.”
